Currajah Alpacas was established from stock originating from Benleigh Alpaca Stud in Victoria. Our first two girls were from the original shipment of Chilian Alpacas back in 1988. Both these girls, Benleigh Jayne (A0265) and Benleigh Antounete (A0263), have passed on to the big alpaca paddock in the sky.

Jayne and Netty gave us a number of fine males and females on which to build our Herd, and while we have introduced new bloodlines in more recent times, their progeny out performs the others in our tropical climate.
