At Oz-e-paca,
we are pleased to serve you wherever you live. We will forward
your goods to you by the most economical means possible. And
yes, we understand that once you have purchased an item, you
want to get your hands on it as soon as possible.
For all
deliveries, both within Australia and Overseas, we utilize
the services of Australia Post. If you require a specific
carrier, please contact us by e-mail
and we will supply you with a quote for that delivery.
Each
item on our shelves has the Handling and Postage charges determined
individually. Should you only purchase one item, the Handling
and Postage charges will be as indicated. However, should
you make a multiple item purchase, there may be savings on
the Handling and Postages. Oz-e-paca
will advise you of these savings when they occur.
As you
choose an item you are required to indicate where the item
is to be sent to and the appropriate Handling and Postage
charges will be added to the shelf price.
The Handling
and Postage charges that are determined for each item are
derived from the table below. For purchases being delivered
to an Australian address, the shelf price is increased by
the GST (10%) plus the Handling and Postage charge derived
from the table below

Delivery
time will depend on a few factors:

Availability of stock.
Provided the items you order are in stock, they will be
dispatched within 2 working days. If they are not immediately
available, Oz-e-paca will contact you by e-mail to advise
you of a possible short delay. If we are unable to dispatch
within 21 days, we will offer you the option to cancel the
order and refund the full purchase price of the item.
- The
delivery address. Depending on your location, delivery
time can take from 1 day to 14 days, so don't panic for
a little while. By all means, contact us at our e-mail address
if you are concerned about a lengthy delay.
- Shipping
method. Depending on the mode of transport, delivery
time can vary. Within Australia, all items are sent through
Australia Post to business, private and postal box addresses.
This method ensures deliveries are completed within a relatively
short time. Items being sent overseas are dispatched through
Australia Post using Economy Air. This method is cheaper
than Air Mail and faster than Sea Mail.
All items
are insured and will be replaced if damaged in transit. Obviously,
a lot of items sold by Oz-e-paca are one-off items. On return
of the damaged goods, you will be given the choice of selecting
another item, or, if you choose, a full refund will be made.
