How
can I be sure of the quality of the items I am buying?
At Oz-e-paca we pride ourselves in being able to source only
the highest quality products. Every item is inspected before
dispatch to ensure its quality because we know you expect
no less than the best.
How
can I check on the progress of my purchase?
Just contact us by e-mail and we
will happily advise you on the status of your order. But before
you do, check out the details in our Delivery
Details section which give an indication of expected delivery
times.
Are
there any export costs for consignments outside Australia?
Generally no, but depending on the value of the item and its
intended destination, there may be a Customs Charge. If this
is the case, the charge will be added to your invoice as it
is your responsibility. However, we will advise you by e-mail
before finalizing the Order.

How
can I be sure of the colour of the item of clothing I am buying?
All of the range of Alpaca Products have been photographed
with reproducibility of colour as the main criteria. However,
the reproduction of those colours on the Internet is subject
to a number of factors.

you be concerned about a particular item, please contact
us at our e-mail address and we will be happy to provide
you with a more detailed description of the item.
Can
I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled up to the point the item is actually
dispatched to Australia Post, or your preferred Courier.
At Oz-e-paca
we pride ourselves in dispatching orders promptly, so to cancel,
you must contact us immediately
at our e-mail address before the goods have left our control.
After that point you will need to accept delivery and then
return the item to us in accordance with our Returns
procedure.
Please
note that items returned must be in a pristine, unopened condition
with all seals intact. Refunds will not be made for any opened
non-defective items. All refunds on non-defective items exclude
the shipping and handling charges.
