Returns
Should
there be any fault with an item purchased from Oz-e-paca,
you must contact us by e-mail to advise of the nature of the
fault within seven days of receipt. The item must then be
returned to us, within seven days of receipt, in its original,
unused condition, along with the packaging and any accessories.
On receipt
of the returned item, Oz-e-paca will replace the item where
possible, and refund you any shipping costs involved in returning
the item. If the item is not replaceable, you will be given
the choice of selecting another item, or, if you choose, a
full refund will be made.
Some
of our products are non-returnable and are identified as such
on the item.
When
selecting clothing, make sure you check the measurements supplied
with each item. These measurements are made available because
of the variation in the sizing of articles by the various
manufacturers.
